Thank you for visiting our website!
We are the Colorado Chapter of SPAAMFAA, Society for the Preservation & Appreciation of Antique Motor Fire Apparatus in America.
We currently have 50 members, who come from all over the front range and throughout the Denver Metro area down to Castle Rock. Our membership own and operate over 40 antique fire trucks. However, you don't need to own a fire truck to participate in our club! You just need to have an appreciation for all things fire-related.
We are active. Our Club hosts monthly meetings throughout the year and participates in parades and other events during the spring and summer. We schedule pump-in events at least twice a year, which allow our members to pump and spray water from their antique rigs. The club's main event is our Annual Fire Parade and Muster in Littleton, Colorado, in partnership with South Metro Fire Rescue This year we will hold our 37th Annual Fire Parade and Muster on Saturday, June 17, 2023 (Father's Day Weekend) at Arapahoe Community College. After the parade, the muster will feature a static display of antique and modern fire/rescue vehicles, water activities for junior firefighters, and a real-life auto extrication demonstration. Other special activities are in the planning too!
If you like talking about fire truck's, enjoy local fire history, currently own or want to someday own a fire truck, consider joining our club.
