2025 Fire Muster Vendor Application

We look forward to your participation in the 2025 Colorado Antique Fire Truck Muster.  The Muster will be held at Arapahoe Community College, located at Santa Fe (US 85) and Church Street in Littleton, Colorado on June 14, 2025.  Applications must be received by May 30, 2025.

Booth space to display and sell products is available. A fee of $100.00 will be assessed and must accompany your application (Made payable to Mile High Hook & Ladder Club).  The fee is waived for government and non-profit organizations.

The booth spaces are 10’ wide.  If you need additional room, please note it in the application below.  We have encountered issues with industrial canopies that were 10’ wide. In addition, if more than one space is required note that as well.  At this time, we do not charge for additional spaces.

Items to be supplied by the vendor:

  • Tables/Chairs
  • Canopies
  • Electricity, extension cords/power strips
  • Food Vendors that will be cooking on site must have a fire extinguisher present

Set-up will begin at 6:30 am on Saturday, June 14th at Arapahoe Community College and must be completed by 8:30 a.m. Please park all personal/transport vehicles in Lot B (on the east side of the building) prior to 8:30. Tear down will begin at 1:00 pm that afternoon. You will be responsible to clean up your area; a dumpster will be provided for trash.
